Risky Behavior

Risky behavior means acting in a way that is dangerous or hazardous. There are many behaviors that are risky. For this project, we are going to focus on smoking, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, and school violence.

Choose a risky behavior from the Web sites below and thoroughly research it. Find information about the effects and consequences of this behavior and what can be done to prevent it. You will then be designing a school-wide campaign on this topic. Using word processing, publishing and slideshow software, you will be educating the school on the risks and consequences of this behavior.

Your campaign should include:
1. A newsletter with at least 2 articles and a 5-question interview
2. A poster warning about this danger and how to prevent it
3. A commercial made using slideshow presentation software
4. A 10-question survey evaluating this behavior in your school
