The Olympics through Time

You will be creating a scavenger hunt for your classmates based on the information at the site below.

Write 10 questions for your classmates to answer about the history of the Olympics. Be sure your questions cover all the categories - Prehistory, Antiquity and Revival. Look in the margin on the left side of your screen for subtopics under each of these categories.

On a seperate sheet of paper, write down all the answers to your own questions. These will be needed to check the papers afterwards.

When all scavenger hunts are completed, everyone will switch papers and answer each others' questions.

Objective:   Students will write ten questions about the history of the Olympics that can be answered using the information on the Web site listed. Once all questions are completed, students will switch papers and correctly answer 8 out of 10 questions on a classmate's paper using the Web site for reference.
