Create a personal nutrition and exercise plan using the Internet sites given. Be sure to give the appropriate weight for your age, sex, and height. Make a 2-week nutrition and exercise plan to move towards your target weight. Extra Credit: Actually implement the plan and report on your results.

Interactive Whiteboard Tip:   Have students prepare their plan in a table or spreadsheet. They can share it with the class on the interactive whiteboard before they start their plan. Students can also report on their progress and evaluate their plan after two weeks. They can display their chart or spreadsheet on the whiteboard and point out where they were successful or unsuccessful.
