Maintaining Your Health
Maintaining your health can be difficult to do especially when you are very busy. Eating a proper meal is harder to do when you are rushed for time. Sometimes other people can also affect your healthy choices. Friends and family members can offer you unhealthy foods or convince you to choose an activity that is less active than other choices.
Use the Web sites below to research proper nutrition, dental health and physical fitness. Write down any important facts about each topic that you need to remember. Then, write a letter to one member of your family. First, explain the importance of proper nutrition, health and fitness to this person. Then, give a detailed description of your personal health and fitness goals. Describe ways your family member can help you make healthy choices. Ask them for specific help to achieve your goals. Also mention in your letter, ways this family member may make it more difficult for you to reach your goals.
Type your letter using word processing software so it can be shared with the class.
