Food Pyramid

The food pyramid tells us what we should eat every day and how much. It is divided into food groups. Go to the Web site below to play the game and learn all about the food groups. While playing, write down the groups and how much you need of each every day.

Then, plan out your meals for tomorrow. Write down what you will eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and any snacks. Next to what you will eat, tell how many servings of each food group are in each meal. Make sure your totals equal what the food pyramid tells us we should eat.
