Print out 5 copies of the chart on the first Web site listed below. Then fill in all the fruits and vegetables you eat for the next week. Once completed, go to the second site to find the nutritional information for each of the items on your chart. Using spreadsheet software, make a chart of the nutritional information for all the fruits and vegetables you ate in a week.

Interactive Whiteboard Tip:
When the class has completed their spreadsheets, have a few students present theirs on the interactive whiteboard. Highlight who ate the most vitamin A, C, fiber, potassium, etc and point it out on their spreadsheet. The whiteboard's pen/markers can be used to do this.
