Go to the site below and click on the link for funny poems. Choose several poems to read. Use your "Back" button to return to the list. After reading 5 poems, click on the link on the left, "Poetry Lessons." Read the information in chapter 1 on how to write poetry.
Use what you have learned to create an original poem of your own. Be sure to follow the guidelines you have read. Type your poem in a word processor.
