Children's Author
William Joyce is the author of several well-known children's books. Read the interview with him at the Web site listed below. Pay close attention to the types of questions asked by the interviewer and notice how the author replies.
Read several books written by William Joyce. Then, write 3 - 4 questions you would ask William Joyce if you were able to interview him.
Finally, compose a persuasive letter to the author detailing a story idea that you believe this author should write. Include why you think this idea would be fitting for William Joyce to write and why you think children would like it. Also included in your letter should be the 3 - 4 questions you would like to ask Joyce.
